A storm counts when NOAA lists a report in Travis County. Each hail size is the storm's largest report in the seven Austin-area counties, which may have fallen in a neighboring county, and insured losses cover every area the storm hit.
Roof financing in Austin is a way to pay for a repair, replacement or upgrade over time through a lender instead of all at once. Integrity offers it through Enhancify, an online platform that matches you with lender offers: you fill out a short application, compare the offers you qualify for, and finish with the lender you pick. The lender, not Integrity, sets the rate, term and approval, so get the roof inspected and priced first, then decide whether paying over time is worth it for you.
Three Austin situations where it helps
- The roof wore out before the budget was ready. Long Texas summers are hard on shingles, and a replacement is not always something you saw coming.
- Paying your share of a storm claim. Under Texas law you must pay your own deductible, and a contract of $1,000 or more paid from an insurance settlement has to say so. Financing can cover your share of the project, including the deductible, plus anything outside the claim’s scope.
- Upgrading beyond the claim. Your policy pays to restore what was damaged. If you want impact-resistant shingles or metal, the difference is yours, and financing can spread it out. The Texas Department of Insurance notes that a Class 4 roof covering receives the highest premium credit from insurers that offer one.
When to skip it
If a repair will keep the roof sound for years, you probably do not need a loan. And if the inspection shows the roof does not need work, we tell you that.
How the application works
- Apply online at Integrity’s Enhancify financing page. Enhancify calls it a 60-second application.
- Compare offers from the lenders you qualify with.
- Finish with one lender. Enhancify says funding typically arrives in 1 to 5 business days.
