Roofing Projects: Colorado and Austin Job Case Studies
Case studies of completed roofs across the Colorado Springs, Denver and Austin areas, filtered by market.
Veteran-owned Family-run since 1990 650+ Google reviews
Our roofing project pages are case studies of real jobs: each one shows the problem the owner had, the scope (material, color, roof size and pitch class), how the work was done, the month and year it happened, and photos from that job. They are here so you can see what a roof like yours looks like on a house like yours before you call.
Filter by market below. Each project also links to the matching service page, the local town or county page with permit rules, and our storm damage pages.

How to Read a Project Page
Every project uses the same format so you can compare jobs quickly. A few terms show up on every page:
- Squares. Roofers measure in squares; one square is 100 square feet of roof surface. We round each roof to the nearest 5 squares.
- Pitch class. Pitch is the rise in inches over a 12-inch run, so a 6/12 roof climbs 6 inches per foot. We group it into classes because the building code changes the rules at certain slopes.
- Funding. Insurance-funded or owner-funded. We do not publish insurer names, claim details or prices.
- Timeline. Month and year only, from the contract date and the dates of the job photos.
Pitch classes and why they matter
| Class | Slope | What it means under the 2021 IRC |
|---|---|---|
| Low slope | Under 2/12 | Too flat for shingles; membranes such as TPO, or standing seam metal (allowed down to 1/4:12). |
| Low pitch | 2/12 to under 4/12 | Shingles allowed, but with two layers of underlayment. Tile needs at least 2.5/12. |
| Standard | 4/12 to 6/12 | Single underlayment for shingles; walkable for most crews. |
| Steep | 7/12 to 9/12 | Roof jacks and extra fall protection; slower install. |
| Very steep | 10/12 and up | Specialized staging; often the most labor per square. |
Local rules can be stricter than the model code. Lakewood, for example, requires double underlayment on any roof under 4:12, and the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department requires an ice barrier above 7,000 feet. Each project page links to the local rules that applied.
Our process for building a project page
- Start from a completed job. Only jobs whose photos the owner has approved for publishing are eligible.
- Pull the facts from the job file. Project type, material, roof measurement, pitch and the contract month come from our records, not from memory.
- Clean the photos. Each photo is cropped or blurred to remove house numbers, street signs, faces and plates, and its location data is stripped.
- Add the local rules. We link the building department, code section or storm record that shaped the job, so the page is useful even if your roof is different.
- Review before publishing. The owner checks every page for accuracy and privacy before it goes live.
What we leave out, and why
We never publish a street, house number, customer name, price or insurer. Photos are cropped and edited to remove addresses, faces and plates, and the area is named by town or part of town. For what past customers say in their own words, see our reviews.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are these real Integrity Roofing and Painting jobs?
Yes. Every project page is built from one completed job in our records, with photos taken by our crews on that job. Scope, material, size and timeline come from the job file.
Why don’t the pages show addresses or prices?
To protect our customers. We name the town or area only, never a street, and leave out names, prices and insurance details. Pricing depends on the roof, so we quote each home after a free inspection.
Can I see a project near me?
Use the market buttons above to filter by Colorado Springs, Denver or Austin. We add projects over time, so if your town is not listed yet, our service-area pages cover local permits and roof choices.
