A storm counts when the library lists Denver County among the areas it hit. Each hail size is the storm's largest report, which may have fallen in a neighboring county, and insured losses cover every area the storm hit.
Roof financing in Denver is a loan through a lender that lets you pay for a roof replacement, repair or upgrade over time instead of all at once. Integrity works with Enhancify, a financing platform: you fill out a short online application, compare the offers you qualify for, and finish with the lender you pick. Rates, terms and approval come from the lender, so the right order is to get the roof inspected and priced first, then decide whether financing helps.
When financing makes sense
- A replacement you were not planning for. An older roof that fails before you have saved for it.
- An upgrade beyond an insurance scope. Insurance pays to restore what was damaged. If you want impact-resistant shingles, metal or tile instead, financing can cover the difference.
- A bigger repair now to avoid a bigger bill later. See Denver roof repair for when a repair is enough.
- A code upgrade the claim does not cover. Local rules differ: Littleton and Centennial require an ice barrier at the eaves, and Lakewood and Louisville require Class A roofing. If a hail claim’s scope leaves out something your city’s permit requires, that gap is worth knowing about before work starts; our photos make sure nothing gets missed in the scope. See our Denver-area service areas for each town’s rules.
When financing does not make sense: if a repair will hold for years, or if the inspection shows the roof does not need work. We tell you that either way.
How the Enhancify application works
- Apply online. Use Integrity’s Enhancify financing page. Enhancify describes it as a 60-second application.
- Review your offers. Compare the offers you qualify for and choose the one that fits.
- Finish with the lender. Complete the application with that lender. Enhancify says funding typically arrives in 1 to 5 business days.
